Sirens Club FAQs
Your Sirens Club Membership is automatically renewed annually from the purchase date. If you ordered a Premium membership, which contains physical products, the products will be automatically delivered by the shop after each after successful renewal and when products become available.
For example, if you purchased an annual subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card each year on the initial date of purchase and you will get the membership products shipped to the address on your order, without the need to place another order by yourself!
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a membership any time you'd like in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed your initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions through your Account page when you log in to the website.
Membership Benefits
The Sirens Club digital or premium memberships include benefits such as access to ticket presales, exclusive content and more. Premium members will receive exclusive Sirens Club merch. Your ticket presale codes can be found on your customer account page when you log in.

A. Join The Sirens Club, Sleeping With Siren's Official fan club, by visiting this JOIN page. Members have access to exclusive benefits including access to pre-sale ticket codes, contests, and more!Q. How soon after joining The Sirens Club will I have access to membership benefits?
A. Once you've joined Sirens Club, you will have immediate access to ALL benefits. Log in to the site and any exclusive benefits will automatically display on the pages. As a member of Sirens Club, your pre-sale code will be displayed on your account profile page when you are logged in. You will also receive an email following your purchase of a membership that includes your ticket presale code.

A. You can find your unique ticket presale code on your account page when you are logged in.

Q. Are memberships refundable?
A. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once a fan club membership has been purchased or activated and presale codes have been distributed.
Q. Am I guaranteed to get a ticket during a presale?
A. Presale tickets are never guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a 4 ticket limit per show, 12 per tour, per membership.
